As with anything else you get what you pay for. Our flowers are always fresh from the market, whereas cheaper flowers bought from delis and supermarkets are generally near the end of their life. Our flowers are arranged by experienced florists who are able to match flowers to your taste and needs and provide advice about keeping them looking great for as long as possible.
If your order is for delivery to a non-residential address please try to provide as much information as possible. Please include, as appropriate, the business name, department, hospital ward, hotel room numbers etc. Please also include a contact telephone number for the recipient.

Our florists would rather be honest and suggest a sensible, high quality alternative than send out something half good just because that's what was in the picture.
Therefore please use our designs as a guide to what you could have and then talk to the florist making the design. That way that can talk through any changes you'd like to make and they can tell you about availability and special buys of the day. That's the advantage of an expert florist.
