Although we endeavour to make our arrangements as they appear on our website, due to seasonality sometimes flowers aren't up to the high standards we expect. Our florists would rather be honest and use a sensible, high quality alternative than send out something half good just because that's what was in the picture.
Therefore please use our designs as a guide to colour and design and then talk to the florist making the design if you require particular flowers to be included or excluded. That way that can talk through any changes you'd like to make and they can tell you about availability and special buys of the day. That's the advantage of an expert florist.
You can spend as little or as much you like. We've supplied a basic list of design styles but talk to your florist and they can suggest the best design for your gift and budget.
Our refunds policy is inline with the guidelines from the Western Australian Department of Consumer and Employment Protection. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
